Pinot Noir Clone Tasting and Blending Experience

Do PN clones really matter?  At Bluebird Hill, we grow a mix of Dijon clones 115, 667, and 777, plus the Pommard and Wadenswil clones.  Some wine experts will tell you that certain clonal blends work better together than others.  Each attendee will be provided with five sample wines of each clone; after tasting each and recording notes, you will prepare and taste various clonal blends; and advance your best tasting blend to a ‘grand tasting’ to be sampled by all in attendance.  Winner(s) will receive Bluebird Hill logo prizes.
